Interview was very straightforward. 3 rounds and then a meeting with the CEO. Process took around a month from start to finish. Overall was a good experience until the end. After meeting the CEO the company ghosted candidates and quietly pulled the job instead of being transparent with candidates.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kipsu (Minneapolis, MN) in Dec 2025
Interview
You have to do four interviews before you get an offer: phone screening, "core values" interview, "job-specific" interview, and then CEO interview. They schedule an interview once every 1-2 weeks, which means you're going to have to wait a very long time to get something back.
Got rejected after two interviews. The actual interview experience was pretty pleasant, and everyone there seemed nice and sociable. They'll ask you a lot of STAR questions so be prepared for that.

Have you ever dealt with a difficult customer? What did you do?

Interview
Interviewing here is a joke. They always have the job posting up but never want to hire. Makes me wonder if they’re even hiring or just want to waste candidates time and giving them a false sense of hope. They should be more transparent with their candidates in the post recruiting process and more respectful of candidates efforts.
