You'll talk to the CEO on a phone call and then face to face interview is schedule two week after. I believe after that an offer is given. This company will low-ball you so far the ability to know your worth.

Brief phone interview about PR experience. Wanted to know specifics. Asked about the type of projects I worked on. Interviewer was really nice and friendly. Interview lasted no longer than 15 minutes. Described (in detail) different things I did that pertained to PR.
