I had an interview with the recruiter. She was nice and the whole interview went well. What I didn't appreciate is that at the end she told me she liked my profile and that she would get back to me the next day or the day after which didn't happen even though I sent a thank you email and did a follow-up. One month later I received the rejection email without any real feedback.
