I had two interviews, one with the HR and the second and final one with the CTO, the director of Engineering and the lead of SysOps. First interview, was pretty much about my background, my working experience and general information about Kinsta and things related to the job describion. The second interview was technical and more focused to tech things of the company and SysOps team.
