It was a straight forward process based on other sales departments, roles, and leadership style as it followed the typical sales questioning and conversation on the personal role(s), company goals, and compensation.

I was contact via LinkedIn by an in-house recruiter at the firm. He set a date and time without specifying time zone (this was for a remote position), and then did not follow up at either time. Highly unprofessional. Ignore recruiting messages from this company.
