I applied for a role that had been posted on their site for over a year and it changed title names. They hiring manager did not seem prepared and had a little bit of an attitude which did not make me feel at ease. Lots of turnover sensed with this group and at the company. Did not receive any feedback in the process.
There were multiple rounds of interviews both virtually and in-person. Recruitment team was great to interview with. They have all applicants interview with the CEO, who left in the middle of my interview. I think his mind was made up prior to walking in the room with me. They seem to still be figuring out a cohesive interview process, because overall it was pretty lengthy and chaotic. Quite unfortunate to have applicants come into the office multiple times just to not extend an offer.
