Over the phone or zoom. Group interviews over zoom first then a second solo interview over the phone. Mostly about safeguarding and how you work with kids. Fairly easy. A lot of presentations where they talk the talk of company values that don't really matter much.

Can you explain how to fold a shirt/tie a pair of shoes?
Applied online, the interview was about 15 minutes and had to wait for an email saying I was approved. A swim instructor certificate is required, meaning a two day workshop in and out of the pool and you need to do shadow work before you can run your own class.
