It was an added value experience started by introducing myself then focusing on dealing with the kids on the first place as this is a contradiction to my position since I’m teaching the higher graders but it went smoothly and they were very respectful but I did’t accept the position and I’m aiming to apply again for an vacant position in the upper grades
