Interview
Very straight forward, show up at the agreed time, interviewed, did a tour of the facility. I was invited to start for the position right there and then. Ask questions! don't be afraid to close on the interview, ask for the job, the people here are very down to earth. Extremely smart and talented management, can identify talent, don't screw it up.

Interview
I had the best interview of my life. Typical questions were not asked, rather a conversation took place which is the ultimate way of determining a person's character.
I was a little scared about silly questions like, "why do you want to work here? "
Or....
"Where do you see yourself in 5 years?"
So ridiculous! ! But it never even hinted of going there.
It was an intellectual conversation with a person who was on the same level and didn't pretend to be superior in any way.
It was amazing!
