Just a phone call to set up one in-person interview. The people and the interview was nice and it was a very easy conversation, but there was zero follow up from them and the job listing never included a salary. The entire process felt very antiquated.

Submitted resume to agency for review, was notified of an interview. Meet with team member for initial interview asking what I wanted to get out of the experience. Was then scheduled for a final interview with higher management to discuss specifics and inquire about professional experiences and how I would fit in to the current team.
