9th September - Applied online. 11th September - Shortlisted via email. 16th September - 1st Interview with HR Coordinator. This was very rigid and formal interviewing which didn't reflect on the company very well. I asked questions about culture which were misunderstood, which suggests there isn't much understanding on what company culture really is. 23rd September - I contacted the interviewer to ask for an update and express my interest. This was not replied to. 30th September - Shortlisted via voicemail and told my interview would be the following day. I emailed with questions on structure. This was not replied to. 1st October - 2nd Interview with Manager. This interview was better, and provided more of an idea of the company. It was clear there was some misunderstandings between HR and the hiring manager as they gave very different timeframes. They said I would hear back from the HR coordinator in the next few days but as of 23rd October, I've still not heard anything. 15th October - Received a generic holding message saying they were working on shortlisting the next people. They appear automated and are sent to the entire candidate pool. 23rd October - Withdrew application due to another offer, but also due to lack of communication reflecting poorly on the company.
