Interview
you apply online, cross your fingers you get a phone call, show up on time and check in at the front then they will page someone to interview you who will most likely be in a meeting, you take an elevator to her office, answer the usual questions, get a tour, shake hands and hope for a call back, (took me less than 24hrs to hear back) theyll give you a email with a offer page for you to accept as well as screening forms for drugs and alcohol, go to a lab location to get it done and youll be cleared to start training, theyll rush you along training to get you on the floor asap which isnt a good sign.
