Applied on their website by following its directions. Interviewed by the Centre manager and another center leader. Made reference check a couple of hours after the interview. Got the offer the next day.

Asked about The Children's Act 2014 (previously titled the Vulnerable Children Act 2014) introduced measures that will ensure that children can be better protected from abuse and neglect both in their homes and in the community.

Interview
for the first part, I was asked to have a self-introduction, followed by some random conversation. For the second part, the interviewer prepared lots of questions to ask, which includes lots of my experience to work with children.
