Kind Behavioral Health RBT interview questions

I received a call from MaryAnne who works in HR. She was very kind and thorough in answering/asking questions regarding my interest in working with Carolina Center for ABA. I was then asked to interview with their director, who is an BCBA-D (impressive). I am moving from out of state, so I had a lot of questions for her. She also was very knowledgable, has a passion for the field, took a vested interest in me as well as my career development. Everyone I spoke with was very sincere throughout the entire process and incredibly mindful to my needs as an employee. I look forward to growing with this company.

The interview took no longer than 10 minutes. I drove 1 hour and 30 minutes for this interview when they knew that with my limited experience they were not going to hire me. All the questions related to my experience and work on the field were done through email. Another thing that I find that dont make sense with this agency, is that they are listed under my University's website offering practicum for students in the ABA program. Now, the students have to be employees with the agency and to be employees with the egency you need no less than 1 year of prior experience as an RBT.
