The interview process was pleasant and well-organized. The team was kind, professional, and genuinely passionate about the work they do. I appreciated the opportunity to share my background and learn more about their mission, which aligns closely with my goals as I work toward BCBA certification.
The only downside was the pay range discussed — it felt quite low considering the level of experience and education required for the role, especially for someone on the BCBA career path. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I appreciated the respectful and engaging conversation.

Amazing interview, covered a lot of ABA specific content as well as child development knowledge. Every person from the recruiter, the behavior analyst, and behavior technicians were very Kind. The layout of the center was also very neat, clean, and organized.
