It was sort of weird, I applied for a IC position, but when I got on a call with the recruiter it turned out to be an Engineering Manager role. Regardless, I had some past experience as an EM so decided to roll with it. I had a recruiter call, then a take home coding challenge (pretty basic, no big gotchas), and then a behavioral interview with two EM's. I was having an off day during the behavioral and I think nerves just got the best of me. Everyone was incredibly nice and welcoming, from the recruiter to the interviewers. Sad to have been passed on, but such is life - from what I could tell I think it would have actually have been a great place to work.
