Interview
I had one 30 min phone call with a Project Manager/Practice Leader and then another hour long call with two other group members to discuss the company and position in detail. Then I had three separate phone calls with the Senior Recruiter to ask questions and discuss salary history. On the 2nd call I was notified of the offer and the 3rd call I was told the starting salary.

I completed a phone interview then did not hear back for 3 weeks. Was then asked for a writing sample and then have not heard back for another 3 weeks.
