I had two different phone interviews with heads of the department. More than interviews they felt like conversations about my studies and a review of what my reponsibilities would be should I get the job. Casual but professional.

Multiple interviews starting with HR, then moving to a 3 hour interview of varying levels of the company. The process was very quick and the representative that will assist you will make an effort to contact you.
