Interview
3 rounds, one hr round, analytics and visualisation testing round along with hiring manager evaluation round. Fairly smooth proces with constant employer communication. One of the best interview experiences i ever went through.
Uses STAR format, many questions about resume and how you’ve responded in different situations within your work experience. Typically 2 interviews back to back, 2 hour process. There is also a work authorization call and a follow up call after the primary interview for final candidates.

Interview
No matter how well my resume matches the job description I never receive consideration from the talent team. It is very discouraging and seems that they do not take appropriate time to review and understand how a candidate matches with the job.
Take the time to actually review and understand applicants qualifications related to the job. If a candidate takes the time to fill out lengthy applications and answer redundant questions that are already answered in the resume they deserve fair consideration.
