1st interview was with HR followed up by a clarification email asking if the job would be challenging enough for me to which I replied positively.
2nd Interview was with HR and the line manager over Teams - competency based (STAR). This interview ran overtime and they gave a very favourable impression, were very impressed with my achievements in innovation but I again felt they may have thought that the job was too lightweight for me.
Finally, I received an email from HR giving no feedback whatsoever saying "identified other candidates to move forward that are more closely aligned with our needs at this time." I guess finding someone who knows there way around a paper towel dispenser is more important that finding someone who is a true innovator.
