I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Kimberly-Clark (Brighton, England) in Jan 2013
Interview
Applied for a position that required me to be bilingual. I speak English and German mother tongue, plus I have years of customer service experience. I was rejected because they claimed there were better job applicants. I have not met many English and German native speakers that understand all the German dialects. It is ironic, the recruiter sent e-mails to me with so many spelling and grammar errors. Looks like this company does not need people with brains.

Question 1
I had a hard time going through all the spelling and grammar errors.
Super simple. It was quick and easy. She was nice and very informative. Was about 15 minutes over the phone. Wish all interview processes were that simple. Good luck, guys!
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Kimberly-Clark (Neenah, WI) in Feb 2010
Interview
I started with a staffing agency and after several months applied for an open opportunity at Kimberly-Clark. It really helps if the company can see your work ethic before they hire you as I know a lot of people who have gotten hired in after first working at the company through a staffing agency. I know the interview included a written skills test with scenarios. I don't recall what was on the test, but remember it was more complicated than expected.
