It was a fairly laid back interview. Strictly behavioral questions. "Tell me about a time when..." Interviewer was very friendly. They're looking for someone with strong soft skills, especially team working skills.

Two rounds of interviews. First interview was typical behavioral questions. I was asked why they should hire me and to describe a challenging project I have done. The second interview had seven more in depth questions that used the STAR method and asked 'tell me about a time you...' questions. Both interviewers were very nice and encouraging. I honestly didn't think the first round went that well but they were chill
