First stage - online HR interview, competency Qs, degree/project Qs
Final stage - assessment centre in London office consisting of a technical interview, written assessment and q&a with current trainees.
Overall this experience was positive! Both interview processes were enjoyable and comfortable, the interviewers are genuinely interested in what you have to say. The assessment centre was a good experience and the staff do go out of their way to make you feel as relaxed as possible. The only negative aspect of the process was the feedback as it felt rushed and impersonal to my application, not going into much detail.

Interview
I did the initial application and then had an HR video interview. Then a final assessment day which was a half day in their London office. The assessment day was a positive experience and the firm was very welcoming.
