First a phone interview then an in person interview with either a project engineer or superintendent. They give you the questions they will ask in person during the phone interview so you can prepare.

What previous experience have you had in this field?
Very fast and simple very nice took multiple interviews. Asked a couple background questions and things like that. Overall pretty easy. Didn’t ask to many technical questions. Look presentable. And be able to come up with questions to ask the interviewer.

Interview
It is a three step interview including a final interview where they fly you out. The first two interviews are basic normal interviews. The interviewers were kind and helpful. This interview was for an entry level position.

The interviewer was in his car hitting a vape during the interview. He asked basic questions and didnt seem to be interested at all. He talked about competitive the company was. By the end of the interview i didnt want the job at all
