I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kiewit Corporation (Portland, OR) in Oct 2019
Interview
I applied online with a resume and cover letter.
The next day I had a phone interview with a HR person. This was just standard behavioral questions.
Then I had a 2nd phone interview with a project manager. These were more technical questions. They are just trying to gauge how interested you are in the company.
2 weeks after that they flew me and 4 others out for dinner with interviews the next day. There weren't a lot of interview questions asked. It was more of a serious conversation about working for Kiewit.
Then the following day, they called and offered me the job.

Interview
well in my interview my experience with Kiewit was professional, welcoming, and informative. The conversations helped me better understand the role, company culture, and reinforced my excitement about the opportunity.
Simple, Interviewed at a college career fair. Not many technical questions but more situational. Met with two Kiewit employees in the same field as the job that was being hired for. They provided great insight for not only them to make a good candidate selection but it gave the candidate a good understanding for them to know if it is the right company.
