The questions I received revolved around ensuring I had no attachments to a physical location, such as your home town or city. They mean to move you around, and abruptly, so this line of questioning makes sense. They want to know what excites you most about the construction industry and what part you see yourself playing in it. Along your career, they like to ask you where you want to get to, though I had minimal guidance on what was available other than the starting field engineer, District President, or CEO, so forgo the title and explain what level of responsibility you want to have in your career. They want to know you have drive and a destination in mind.
