Applied online. Had a short phone interview with someone from HR, just asked basic questions regarding my resume. Asked about my work interests and what type of projects I wanted to work on. Then I had an in-person interview at their office. The interview was one on one with a VP of the district I was in. The interview was very casual and felt more like a conversation. The guy asked me about why I wanted to work in the industry and we talked about some of the current projects going on. Overall a good experience.

well in my interview my experience with Kiewit was professional, welcoming, and informative. The conversations helped me better understand the role, company culture, and reinforced my excitement about the opportunity.
Simple, Interviewed at a college career fair. Not many technical questions but more situational. Met with two Kiewit employees in the same field as the job that was being hired for. They provided great insight for not only them to make a good candidate selection but it gave the candidate a good understanding for them to know if it is the right company.
