Had a phone call and asked if i was interested in an opportunity to work with the company. went to lunch with 2 managers to discuss my background and to see if i was interested. they spoke about the expectation for the position. 2 days later at the head office i was interviewed by the managers and HR. and spoke about compensation and advancement in the company. i accepetd the offer at the meeting.
