small shop, they did 5 rounds without knowing what they really want. after 1 month waiting for an answer they said they changed their mind and do not offer that particular job anymore.
Extremely frustrating! But, just after one day they placed another job ad and started to interview again for the same position (just slightly changed job ad up to a ridiculous level). All in all, they practically lied to the candidates who were in the first trial. I strongly advise you not to proceed with that company if you don't want to be treated dishonestly.

you have to prepare a small presentation how you would initiate working there and what would you implement. (tools etc). they do not have anything in place, neither they know what to do. That is why they want all that information from the candidates.
