Lengthy. It seemed like no one had the authority to hire me. I was required to have several interviews, and asked a lot of the same questions. When I was finally interviewed by the owner I probably said 3 sentences as she proceeded to talk for 3 hours. If you want to work here all you have to do Is agree with whatever the owner is saying. but I wouldn't recommend waisting your time trying to get a position with this company unless your really willing to spend a lot of your personal time and energy in endless interviews.
