Interview process is very smooth. A lot of information provided prior to second stage interview. The application process was also very smooth and quick. They also get back to uou very fast regarding if you’ve gotten to the next stage.

My interview for nursery bank staff at Kido was nothing short of amazing. I have felt supported through the process, many thanks to Claire, and the staff at the branch were welcoming. It was wonderful to be able to spend time with the children and watch the staff handle different situations. I only expect to develop in the role with the support provided.

How would you handle a difficult situation with a child?
After passing the online application I had an interview over the phone. Then an interview in person which included a stay and play session with the children. All the staff where polite and very helpful when it came to understanding the process, the job role and answering any and all questions I had. Overall it was a very speedy processes and it seems to be a good opportunity with a great staff.
