Phone screen followed by in-person interview with team where we played tabletop board games while answering general work-related questions. Different than other interviews, but positive. All games played were a representation of the work to be performed. Having performed the work, I can see how their process helps them find the best candidates with the right aptitude regardless of prior work experience.
