Interview was good until the final stage, First step was a call with an Engineering Director Then a technical call with hiring manager, Then a call with two HR people. Declined offer due to very poor compensation, well below average and the poor attitude of the recruiters when any attempt at discussing this was made. Pay isn't everything but there are no really other benefits given to make up for it.
