Keystone Resort interview questions

I applied on the vail resorts website and received response the next day and was offered an interview. I had the interview about three days later via Teams and was told they would call me with a decision. About an hour later I got the job.

First there is a 15 minute screen interview to make sure you are a good fit for the position. Then you move on to the actual interview a few days later. Both interviews had similar questions. They gauged what kind of personality you have, how well you hold a conversation, and how you handle potential guest situations.
