Keypath Education Frontend Developer interview questions

200 applicants. Algebra based take home assignment - 4 week interview process and 8 person panel interview. Consistently followed up, unresponsive, finally heard back, was told I did a great job but they went with another candidate. Next day they had posting for same position. To me, this company is looking for the exact right candidate and not interested in molding a candidate with values that may align with theirs. Suggestion to future applicants, ask if they can compensate you for work done on assigned task.
