Question 1
The very last interview was quite hard, bombarding with behavioural questions. Unfortunately have not answered my questions- very general answers Also after all the steps recruiter calls and says " Lets start with a good news HM liked you but unfortunatelly ..." - questionabale approach

Per candidarsi a una posizione lavorativa aperta è prima necessario rispondere a un questionario di cui molte domande sono obbligatorie e chiedono persino quanti punti si hanno sulla patente. Il processo di selezione avviene in tre fasi di cui la prima con HR, il secondo con il responsabile di dipartimento, mentre l'ultimo colloquio viene fatto in inglese.
Sono stata chiamata dopo due mesi dalla candidatura. Ho fatto due colloqui: uno online e uno in presenza. Il secondo è stato interamente in inglese in quanto il manager è giapponese.
