Very, very impersonal. I feel like they are trying to hire anyone possible. The recruiters say their is no cold calls, but I don't know how you would get paid that much for no cold calling.
The interview was straight forward. Most questions are just about your experience on your resume and why you want to work here. Make sure you can expand on your experiences

Started with a 30-minute intro to what the company was, then a self-paced videoed interview, that you only get one try on. After was a final with selling one of the products back to them.

1. Intro to Company done virtually in a group.
2. Hireview 5 question interview. It is virtual with camera optional. They respond within 2-5 business days to let you know if you’re going to the next round.
3. In person Chicago Interview that is optional, and can be done remotely.
