The office is located at Taipei. Next to the Taipei Songshan Airport. Inside the office is bright and clean. The view is great. People are nice to me. It because often work over hours nearly everyday (Mon-Fri), if it's necessary. They have skill test which was related with job, it's like calculating and measurement the figures. It was a good experience to me.

My interview process consisted of two rounds. Was flown out to Chicago to role play one of their products. Thirty minutes of behavioral was pretty typical. The thirty minutes of technical role play was on the more difficult side - thought it went well but wasn't given an offer.

In the initial round, i have quick interview with the HR staff, and a 30 minutues IQ test (the test was moderate level i think)

1st round. 5 minutes. Interviewed by one manager, face-to-face. Most questions are quite typical, such as your experience, your reasoning for the application, your general understanding of the role, and your strengths and weaknesses. There's one question, though, where you have to think on your feet, which can be tricky.
