I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Keyence (Denver, CO) in Aug 2019
Interview
I submitted my application online and was required to take a mechanical skills test online. After the test I was asked to do a self-recorded interview, answering pre-loaded questions. The self-recorded interview was very awkward and uncomfortable.
Brief phone call, then a zoom interview with hiring manager, then an in person interview with included sales pitch role-play. They give plenty of info about the role-play in advance.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Keyence in Feb 2026
Interview
There were three interviews, initial Talent Acquisition, phone screen (to confirm location preferences and answer questions), then final sales role-play/behavioral interview. There was also a prep session before the final interview where they talk more about the company and you have time to ask questions on the role-play.
Actually it was around 4-5 rounds , they generally assess your communication and creativity. So , we can expect less technical questions . Gd round was quite easy and topics will be very simple
