Dependant on whether you apply directly to Keyence or through a recruiter, you can expect if you're successful after the screening stage to do a video interview. The interview is done with pre-set questions and not with a recruiter at this stage. If you make it through this stage, you're are then invited to a face to face interview with two members of the HR team who are very friendly and will make sure you're comfortable throughout your time there. The positive element of the process is that it's incredibly quick once you're at this stage and if you're through to the next stage, they will let you know the next day or within the same week on the outcome. In the case you're successful. You will have one final face to face interview with higher management within the business. After-which you will find the result the day after. The whole process runs very smoothly and you are tested throughout each stage on your ability for sales, your experiences and knowledge of the business. Ultimately not only do they want to make sure not only that your right for them but that they're right for you.
