I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at KeyBank (Manchester, CT) in Mar 2018
Interview
The interview was a three part process in which i spoke to a hr person one on one about time management and general questions, the second part i spoke to higher up personnel and had to sell either my phone or a KeyBank active savers account which i chose the latter, and the third part was a 3 on 1 portion with questions about my education, sales, and customer service skills.
I applied online and they later emailed me to set up a screening interview over the phone, which lasted about 15-20 minutes just to get to know me and ask basic questions. After the screening, they reached out to set up an in-person interview that lasted just under an hour.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at KeyBank (Syracuse, NY) in Feb 2019
Interview
Full day interview with multiple high level regional managers. Rotated between 3 interviews and a sales pitch at the end of them. The best advice I can give is to be prepared and know why they are different from other banks.
