I had a phone interview then an in person interview. The manager was nice and was interesting. This was a few years ago, the interview was good. Everything was good about the interview process. It was hard to move up.

Pretty standard recruiter interview followed by in person. In person looks for body language, confidence, conversation skills. We will be treated well unlike Wells Fargo. I had a panel interview me. They do ask about existing offers. We have to be honest.
