Very good and very casual conversation. Job offer was given a week later. Then a few days after that they "cancelled" the job offer. The hiring manager called and said that they no longer had the budget available for this position. The hiring manager said that once they have the budget again please apply again for this role. Very odd and very different experience. Glad I didn't put my notice in at my current employer just to be unemployed for no reason.
