Key Media Journalist (Toronto) interview questions

4 weeks after applying for the job online, I receive an e-mail asking me to do a one-hour writing test about a corporate awards ceremony that this company sponsors. I wanted to do the test in the evening and was assuming I'd be sent a timed link to a website for the test. They sent the test during the work day at my current job!
