The interview was a total waste of time. I was immediately given a long editing exam and then spoke with another supervisor about the position. They were so disorganized that the entire process took more than two hours. They were obviously desperate to fill the position and offered me the job the next day--for an amount that was below the minimum wage. I declined. In my opinion, clearly a dysfunctional place with very little regard for its employees.
