Key ESG interview questions

I had a screening call with PO, followed by a presentation where I outlined a case study to said PO and one of the founders, and then a chat with the cofounders. The screening call was great, the presentation was fair, and the chat with the cofounders felt unstructured and didn't feel like the same company I had talked to beforehand. During the final round interview with the cofounders, I was invited to reach out with questions afterwards, should I wish to have anything cleared up. I emailed the cofounders with a question three days afterwards. To which I got no reply. I followed up eight days later to which I got a reply at 03:30 in the morning. Soberly looking at this experience highlights some facts: The CEO mentioned they have very high standards, but I saw no evidence of that, and lack of response to my emails did not reflect well. More worryingly, having been a veteran at 3 startups, I could see that judgement would be pretty tough on the designer who would need to pick up that work and probably be at the intersection of a C-suite who might be better at communicating, and the rest of the company.
