Very simple questions questions from the general manager. Pretty standard stuff like my previous job experience and what kind of role I was looking for. I was hired on the spot.

When interviewed you discuss your work experience such as working with a cash register and general sales functions, your ability to interact with and communicate well with people on staff and customers, and your ability to work in a fast paced environment. They are looking for people with flexible schedules that can be called in to help when others call out. They like keeping a big staff but limiting hours so they have the most flexibility to support the fluctuations in busy periods at the facility.
