Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me your experience and why you want to work here.
Multiple interviews, phone first. Then in person with numerous different team members functional equivalents and operations leaders. Long processes, seemed poorly organized. Interviewers did not seem well informed of my background.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Kettle Foods (Beloit, WI) in Mar 2009
Interview
The People I interviewed with seemed very caring and very team oriented. I believe I only had two sets of people interview me and then was called back within the next week to offer me a position. The people seem to be very caring and have a sincere passion for making their products. I thought I would never have this same passion but I really do and think several other of my co-workers feel the same. I think that overall Kettle Foods is a great company to work for and I look forward to many more years to come. If anyone is looking for a company with empathy; passion for making a quality product and treat you like a person not a number and really cares about there work force this would be the company to appy at.
