Kessel Run interview questions

After seeing reviews about the interview process on glassdoor, I was worried it was going to be a horrible experience. I have to say it was a pleasure. It was an unique interview and very brief, but the two interviewers were extremely nice and professional. I did not do as well as I would have liked in the interview, but I cannot say a single bad thing about the time or the two individuals involved.

Child like. The interviewers were silly and unprofessional. It was as if they were children. I was asked foolish questions and when they asked the year I graduated college there was silence. How does someone your age feel about working with 20 somethings I was asked.
