Unfortunately, I wasn't successful. It's difficult not to question whether unconscious bias played a part, particularly as someone from a minority background, If companies genuinely value transparency and inclusion, they should provide meaningful feedback to candidates, especially after investing time in a recruitment process. It would help unsuccessful candidates understand the decision and reinforce confidence that the process was fair.
